Short version: we keep what we need to give you a licence and to make the plugin better. Your artwork never leaves your computer. We do not sell anything about you, and there are no ads or trackers on this site.
What we keep
When you buy
Your email address, and the name Gumroad gives us. If you pay by Whish or with a student code, also the name and WhatsApp number you type in the form.
Your licence
The licence code, the plan, and when it starts and ends.
Each computer you activate
- A random ID the plugin makes the first time it runs.
- The computer's name, so you can tell your computers apart, and whether it runs Windows or macOS.
- A one-way fingerprint of some system details. It cannot be turned back into those details; it only lets us tell one computer from another.
- The time of each licence check and the IP address it came from, kept as a security log.
Which tools you use — you can switch this off
Along with its normal licence check, the plugin sends counts such as “grid: golden ratio, 3 times” or “export: logo package, 1 time”, any errors, the plugin build, the Illustrator version, the operating system and the interface language.
It never sends your artwork, file names, text, colours, fonts or pictures.
To stop it, open the panel, go to Settings → Privacy and untick “Help improve Logo Booster”.
Messages
What you write to us through the help form or by email.
Why
- To give you your code and keep it working on your computers.
- To stop one code being shared by many people.
- To find bugs, and to decide what to improve or add next.
- To answer you.
How long
- Usage counts: 12 months, then deleted automatically.
- Security log of licence checks: 6 months, then deleted automatically.
- Licence and purchase records: for as long as you have a licence, and afterwards as long as needed for our accounts.
Who else sees it
Only the services that run the shop for us: Gumroad (payments), MongoDB Atlas (our database), Vercel (hosts this site and the server) and Google (sends our emails). Each of them only gets what it needs to do that job.
On this website
The site remembers your language choice in your browser. Nothing else: no cookies for advertising, and no analytics.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — write to logo.booster7@gmail.com. Deleting your licence record ends the licence.

باختصار: منحتفظ بس باللي منحتاجه لنعطيك الترخيص ولنحسّن الإضافة. تصميمك ما بيطلع من جهازك أبداً. ما منبيع أي معلومة عنك، وما في إعلانات ولا أدوات تتبّع على هالموقع.

لما تشتري
إيميلك، والاسم يلي بيبعتلنا ياه Gumroad. وإذا دفعت عبر Whish أو بكود طالب، كمان الاسم ورقم الواتساب يلي بتكتبهن بالفورم.
ترخيصك
كود الترخيص، نوع الخطة، وإيمتى بتبلّش وبتخلص.
كل جهاز بتفعّل عليه
- رقم عشوائي بتعملو الإضافة أول مرة بتشتغل.
- اسم الجهاز، لتميّز أجهزتك عن بعض، وإذا ويندوز أو ماك.
- بصمة باتجاه واحد لبعض تفاصيل النظام. ما فيها ترجع لهالتفاصيل، بس بتخلينا نميّز جهاز عن جهاز.
- وقت كل فحص للترخيص والـ IP يلي إجا منه، كسجل أمان.
أي أدوات بتستعمل — وفيك توقّف هالشي
مع فحص الترخيص العادي، الإضافة بتبعت أرقام متل «شبكة: النسبة الذهبية، ٣ مرات» أو «تصدير: باكيج الشعار، مرة»، وأي أخطاء، ونسخة الإضافة، ونسخة إليستريتر، ونظام التشغيل، ولغة الواجهة.
ما بتبعت أبداً تصميمك، أسماء ملفاتك، النصوص، الألوان، الخطوط أو الصور.
لتوقّفها: افتح اللوحة، روح على الإعدادات ← الخصوصية وشيل الصح عن «ساعدنا نحسّن Logo Booster».

يلي بتكتبلنا ياه بفورم المساعدة أو عالإيميل.
ليش
- لنعطيك الكود ويضل شغّال على أجهزتك.
- لنمنع إنو كود واحد يتشارك بين كتير ناس.
- لنلاقي الأخطاء، ونقرّر شو منحسّن أو منزيد بعدين.
- لنرد عليك.
لأي وقت
- أرقام الاستعمال: ١٢ شهر، وبعدين بتنمسح لحالها.
- سجل الأمان لفحوصات الترخيص: ٦ أشهر، وبعدين بينمسح لحالو.
- سجلات الترخيص والشراء: طول ما معك ترخيص، وبعدها قد ما منحتاجها لحساباتنا.

بس الخدمات يلي بتشغّلنا المتجر: Gumroad (الدفع)، MongoDB Atlas (قاعدة البيانات)، Vercel (بتستضيف الموقع والسيرفر) وGoogle (بتبعت الإيميلات). كل وحدة بتاخد بس يلي بتحتاجه لشغلها.
على هالموقع
الموقع بيتذكّر اللغة يلي اخترتها بمتصفحك. وبس: ما في كوكيز للإعلانات ولا أدوات إحصاء.
